Fresh Produce
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or collected.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Spoiled
- Missing items
- Incorrect items
please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the affected items
- A brief description of the issue
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.
